Armenian latters in console

As you know in console there aren't any fonts for Armenian language, only one font for ARMSCII-8 encoding - arm8.psf.gz.

For Hrat GNU/Linux we decided to use UTF-8, but for that encoding we didn't have console font and key map.

We took lat0-sun16 font, added Armenian letters and made the hy-utf8 font.

Also we have created key map for Armenian language.

Here is the vim editor screen shot with Armenian text (without GUI):

Font and key map will be available later.

Here I'll post how to install and use font and key map.
